Mustard and Co is one of the coolest businesses we know, we've done a ton of holiday markets with them and we fell in love with their amazing mustards. They make all their products in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle and make hands down the best artisan mustards money can buy.

Black Truffle Mustard:

"Another popular request by avid mustard fans looking for a mustard that's just a bit fancier than the others. We searched far and wide for the best truffle infused olive oil we could get our hands on, mixed it in with our core set of ingredients and magic ensued. The flavor of truffle up front with the kick of the mustard seed on the tail end is a perfect combination when used in deviled eggs topped with pickled mushrooms."

Ingredients: fresh-ground and raw mustard seed, organic extra-virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, filtered water, black truffle infused olive oil, sea salt.

Sweet Hot Mustard:

"Some like their mustard eye watering hot. Some like a real chill mustard that'll show up looking spicy but have a sweet side to not draw too much attention. Sweet Hot is that chill mustard. We've toned down our fresh ground mustard seed with raw Northwest honey and backed it with a host of mouth watering spices. Word is that it pairs well with Uli's Famous Sausage but don't just take our word for it. Invite this mustard to your party and try it on everything! Made weekly in small batches at Mustard and Co.'s very own shop."

Ingredients: mustard seed, filtered water, balsamic vinegar, white vinegar, raw Northwest honey, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, turmeric

Deli Style Mustard

"Wax paper, freshly baked bread, crisp lettuce, thinly sliced tomato, the cheddariest of cheese, piles of cold cuts and a healthy dose of our new Deli-Style mustard. Salivating yet? We sure are. Justin spent hours in the lab dialing in the finest flavor for all of your deli inspired creations. But you know it doesn't end there, in the traditional MAC way this mustard is a 5 tool player in the kitchen. Smooth, crisp and light on spice; Deli-Style will find a home in all of your recipes with its clean finish and bright flavor."

Ingredients: fresh-ground yellow and brown mustard seed, white vinegar, water, raw Northwest honey, onion powder, garlic powder, turmeric, sea salt

Red Miso

"Our first crowd-sourced mustard, Miso is a fan suggestion brought to life by Justin, our mustard maker. Rich and savory, with a touch of umami, we suggest using it like any mustard dressing on salads, with roasted pork belly, on sushi, and for dipping anything fried! Made with traditional red miso."

Ingredients: White vinegar, filtered water, red miso powder, maple syrup, yellow mustard seed, onion powder, mustard powder

Honey Thyme Mustard

"A vinaigrette so good we've decided to make a mustard out of it. How's that for a change? Once we tasted it we couldn't limit this honey and thyme combination to a delicious vinaigrette so we applied our world renowned mustard making techniques and voilà. Enjoy the incredible flavor on sandwiches, cheese plates, chicken dishes and roasted veggies."

Ingredients: fresh-ground yellow mustard seed, extra virgin olive oil, white wine vinegar, water, raw Northwest honey, thyme, onion powder, sea salt

Garlic Dill Mustard

"After our original coupling of honey and curry met great success, we figured we'd expand into additional flavor pairings. So, when a local chef encouraged we experiment with a garlic and dill combination, it was a no brainer. Like PB&J and salt & caramel, garlic & dill were just meant to be together. Alone they're fine and dandy. Together they are unstoppable. This one is sure to perform exceptionally well in your grandma's famous egg salad."

Ingredients: fresh-ground and raw mustard seed, organic extra-virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, filtered water, garlic powder, dill weed, sea salt.
