Salt Blade Cured Meats is an awesome business located in the Ballard Neighborhood of Seattle. For many years we would sell at the same farmers markets together and came to know this beautiful product. We love salami and cured meats generally and this stuff is as good as it gets. The folks at Salt Blade are serious about sourcing sustainably. All of their meat comes from Olsen Farms in Colville WA, where they raise 100% grass fed cows, along with some awesome heritage breeds of pig that feed on the barley that Olsen Farms grows. Salt Blade then takes this amazing raw product and cure it expertly with a wide range of interesting flavor variations and types. These three are a few of our personal favorites.
